The Immunization Record Card is a document which everyone should have. It consists of information about all mandatory immunizations made. Mandatory, Planned and Ad hoc immunizations. The precise and timely filling in of the record card shall be provided by the doctor.

In Bulgaria it is issued by the Regional Health Inspectorate by place of residence against fees and within the terms stipulated in a state regulation. When you move to another country you need to present our immunization record card to the respective health institution.

Make a notarial certification of the immunization record. In order to be provided with an Apostille the document should get an incoming number from the Ministry of Justice. State fees shall be paid.

The translation is made while the document is in the Ministry of Justice and the term is 4 business days. After the document is certified with an Apostille an incoming number is provided by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the terms for the signature certification are as follows: 4 business days (ordinary order); 2 business days (quick order) and 1 business day (express order), and you need to pay the needed state fees according to the type of order.
