The cases in which your child continues their studies after fourth, seventh and twelfth classes are exceptions.

To be valid a certificate needs to have an outgoing number, a signature and a seal of the directorate of the education institution. The document should consist of all the subjects along with the grades of the student during the specific academic year.

The Certificate of Transfer shall be issued for class in which the student studies during the current year. If it is not issued the transfer of the student to study at another school is not possible.

The certificate should be provided in its original so that it has an outgoing number and a date. It is possible that a copy is certified by a notary but in this case, there should be an original document enclosed so it serves for reference before the National Centre for Information and Documentation.
