The type of translation and its amount shall be identified based on the purpose of the document, its subject, volume, the language group in which it falls and the period of execution of the order. The translation of a complex and a big-volume technical documentation is a totally different technological process than the translation of an ordinary one. The following languages fall into the third language group - Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Moldavian, Latvian and Arabic - and their translation is more expensive than the previous ones. Also, the volume of work matters as well as the necessary qualifications of all specialists working on the task.
A basic amount means a standard page which is equal to the volume of the TRANSLATED material which is 1800 symbols with intervals and 1500 symbols without intervals.
- The normal order is usually executed for 5 work days, the quick one - for 2 work days, the express one - for 8 work hours and the super express - for 4 work hours.
- A request for express translation is accepted only when the volume of the original text does not exceed 6 pages.
- The quick requests are accepted only if the content does not exceed 15 pages. If this is necessary (from 15 to 35), the request shall be charged based on the express translation tariffs.
- If a quick order is requested but it exceeds 35 pages, the time of completion can be up to 4 work days.
- The total volume of the orders can vary.
- In case of translations from Bulgarian the ready content is very often shorter or longer than the original one because one and the same word in the different languages has different number of letters. With a view of the above-mentioned we would like you to have in mind that Intellect Agency does not assume responsibilities for the change of the ready material’s length of the translation.

There are cases when in the course of work, it turns out that the text is more complex than what is initially envisaged. In such cases Intellect Agency reserves its right to timely notify the client about the eventual prolongation of the deadline depending on the time needed by the translators.
When the details on the activity are stipulated and the translation starts, the client shall provide the agency with a GLOSSARY with the desired specialized terms in the area. If there is not such a glossary we shall reserve the right to use our own terminology which is decided to best suit the context of the content.
