The decisions of the so-called Territorial Expert Medical Commissions (TEMC) are specific cases in our practice in which an individual is examined by a medical commission with the purpose of confirming the inability of the individual to do specific work.

In other words, the individual is incapable to accomplish the work within a specific period identified with a regulation in the Bulgarian legislation. Only after being examined by a commission of specialists in different areas who are able to assess the current physical and psychical status the individual can obtain such a decision.

Depending on the results obtained the individual can be announced as partially or fully incapable. The end result is in the form of percentages between zero and one hundred and not beyond these limits. The examination from the competent body may require additional examinations to serve as a proof of the diseases. You are entitled to make claims in regard to the result obtained within a two-week period from obtaining of the result.
