The countries who have bilateral agreements with Republic of Bulgarian for rendering legal assistance, where a clause is stipulated for elimination of the necessity of legalization of documents with apostille, should issue certificates having the stamp of the department, mentioned in the certificate. In this way the certificates issued by the Bulgarian institutions will be acknowledged and only their translation and certification are necessary and this can be done by us.
