Legalization
Aside from translation services, “Intellect” deals with all the formalities necessary for the certification or/and legalization by apostil of your documents.
The legalization is carried out by Consular Relations Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. All your documents would need to be procured the required stamps and certifications, in order to use this service.
As an agency authorized by the ministry, “Intellect” translates your documents along with the stamp and signature of a certified translator. After that we submit your documents to the respective institutions to be legally and administratively processed and the original document is certified by the ministries according to the requirements of the Consular Department.
We pay all the necessary fees on location or by bank transfer, whereupon we bind the translation with the certified document and we finalize the certification at the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After this certification the document becomes valid for presentation to the authorities of the respective country. The prices are consistent with the due taxes and the state tax stamps of the certification institutions.
